Aishwarya Rai's Cannes 2015 Inspired Makeup Look

I always look forward to Aishwarya Rai's makeup look for Cannes red carpet. This year she wore a beautiful Green dress and stunning makeup.

Her makeup was quite simple yet classy. The Emerald Green eye liner did the trick

So here's my recreation for the look

Apply a BEIGE/ CHAMPAGNE eyeshadow all over the lid

Now apply a MATTE BROWN shadow on the outer V blending it along the crease

Line the lower lash line with a GREEN shadow/ eyeliner

Line the upper lash line with a BLACK liner and apply coats of mascara to complete the eye look

Team the eyes with BRONZY cheeks and RED lips

Celebrity Series : Rihanna's 2013 Grammy Inspired Makeup Look

Today's look is inspired by Rihanna's makeup look for the Grammy 2013. She looked amazing in the red carpet with her red hot lips and sizzling red dress.

She had shimmery neutral eyes with Matte Red/ Orange lips. Holy smoke! she looked absolutely stunning.

So here's my recreation to this makeup look...

You can wear this for your Date. Its kind of flirty soft romantic look. You can also wear it for any casual fun occassion.

Its pretty simple yet beautiful. So lets get started.

• As always start your look by priming your eyes.
• First take a SHIMMERY CHAMPAGNE shade and apply it onto the eye lid.

• Define your crease using a MATTE BROWN shade. 

• Line the Upper lash line and Water line with a BLACK liner.

• Apply few coats of mascara and your eyes are done.Pretty simple yeah !!!

• Now take a PEACH shade blush and apply it onto your cheeks
• For the fun part, Lips. Moisturise your lips and then

Celebrity Series : Sexy Eyes and Nude Lips Inspired by Shilpa Shetty

Recently I came across this gorgeous pic of Shilpa Shetty.She looked amazing in the pic. A sexy sultry eyes with nude lips. No hassle yet hot.

Apt for parties and any summer time events...

• As always start the look by priming your eye lids.
• Now take a BROWN shade and define your crease.
• Next take a CHAMPAGNE shade and apply it onto the entire eye lid.
• Take a MATTE BLACK shade and apply it on the outer V. Blend it well along the corner.
• Line the upper lash line, lower lash line and waterline with a BLACK liner.
• Take a smudge/ pencil brush and blend the BLACK liner in the lower lash line.
• Team this look with BRONZED cheeks

Celebrity Series : Metallic Smokey Makeup Look Inspired by Aishwarya Rai's Makeup in Cannes Film Festival

Yesterday I came across this picture of Aishwarya Rai in facebook.

 She was wearing a metallic smokey eye with nude lips. This look is apt for any party or any casual outing. Easy to wear and hassle free. Just the way we like it !!!
Here's my recreation of this look....

• Prime your eye lids. 

• Apply a BRONZE base on top of the primer before applying any shadow. This gives a nice sheen to the look.

• Now take a GREY shadow and apply it all over the lid.Keep the color below the crease line coz we dont wanna look like Panda :) NO OFFENCE Mr Kung Fu Panda :)

• Next take a BRONZE shade and apply it on the crease. Blend it well with the GREY shade so that there's no harsh lines.
• Now coming to the lower lash line, take a Smudge brush and apply a BRONZE shade first and the apply a little bit of the GREY.

• Line the upper lash line and water line with a BLACK liner.

• Apply coats of mascara and your smokey eyes are done.

• Team this look with PEACHY blush

• For lips go for a PEACHY NUDE lips. I am using Revlon Matte Lipstick in Cocoa Craving. See review here

I was watching Selena Gomez's new music video Come and Get It the other day. The makeup she was wearing really stood out.

A nice smokey eyes with bold red lips. The perfect combo I love. So I thought to recreate it.

So lets get started....

• Start the look by defining your eye brows.
• Prime your eyes

• Take a MATTE BROWN shade and define the crease.

 

• Now take a GOLD/BRONZE shade and apply it onto the eyelid.Bring it down to the inner corner of the eye.I used Maybelline Color Tatoo in BOLD GOLD.See review here

• Now take a MATTE BLACK shade and apply it onto the outer V, blending it along the crease.
• Blend it well to give a smokey effect.

• Now line the upper lash line and lower lash line with a BLACK liner. I am using Silkygirl Precision Sharp Eyeliner Pen. See review here
