Soft First Date Smokey eyes for Spring/Summer

hey beauties...Summer is here :) Well, its always summer at Kuala Lumpur but still I love it. I love sunny days, bright colours. Its so much fun.
Today's look is a soft subtle smokey eyes.

 

Its a soft Pinkish-copper smokey eyes teamed with glossy pink lips. Very soft and romantic. Apt for Spring/ summer days as well as romantic dates.
I have used the Urban Decay Vice 2 palette.

So let's get started.

Start the look by Priming your eye lids. Next take a MATTE LIGHT BROWN shade and define the crease

Next take a SHIMMERY PINKISH-COPPER shade and apply it all over the eye lid

Now take a DARK CHARCOAL BROWN and apply it onto the outer V blending it along the crease. This will smokeout the look 

Line the lower lash line with a METALLIC BRONZE eyeliner pencil.

Line the upper lash line with a BROWN shadow to give that soft feel. Now apply coats of mascara and your soft smokey eyes are done.

Team this look with glossy pink lips and Voila !!! Your look is complete.

Cobalt Blue Smokey Eyes for Party or Night time Events

Hey beauties....Today's look is an edgy Cobalt Blue smokey eyes with nude lips. This look is apt for parties or any night time events.

So let's get started..

P.S. All the products I use will be listed at the end of this post.

• Prime your eyes as always.. 
• First define the crease using a BROWN shadow. 
• Now take a BLACK eyeshadow and apply it onto the outer V. Blend it in well along the crease.
• Next take a COBALT BLUE/ VIBRANT BLUE shadow and apply it on the eye lid. Blending it with the Black shade to leave no harsh lines
• Next take a GOLD shade and apply it to the inner corner of the eyes blending it well with the BLUE shade.
• Make sure to blend well so that there's no harsh edges.
• Now line the eyes with a BLACK liner.
• Use a BLACK kohl to line the water line.
• For the lower lash line, take a smudge brush  and apply the BLACK eyeshadow and smudge is well.
• Apply few coats of mascara and your eyes  are done.
• Team this look with peachy Blush and Nude lips.

FOTD : Pink Plumy Eyes with Bold Lips

hey beauties...I always enjoy doing makeup tutorials. But due to my packed mom schedule I am not getting enough time for this. But last weekend my darling bumble bee was kind enough and let me do this makeup look for you guys.

This look is a pretty Pink Plum look with bold lips.

Lets Get Started !!!!!

• Prime your eyes

• Start the look by applying a Burgundy base all over the eyelid. I used Maybelline Color Tattoo in Pomegranate Punk. See review here

• Now take a Burgundy/Plum shade and apply it in the outer V and blend it along the crease. 

 

•  Next take a Pink shade and apply it to the entire eye lid.Blend it well with the Burgundy/Plum shade.
• Apply this same Burgundy/Plum shade on the outer half of the lower lash line.
• For this look skip a liner in the water line.
• Line your upper lash line and apply few coats of mascara to finish the eye look.

FOTD : Aqua Aqua Baby Baby

hey beauties....Here's a pretty Aqua eye makeup look for you guys.
I will be taking a break from my blog for few day now. So this is probably my last formal Post before the break. I will keep you guys updated via my fb page Arpita's
Now coming to the Look for the day. Its a pretty aqua shade with some hint of gold.

• Prime your eyes.

 

• Take a GOLDEN shade and apply it on to the inner onethird of the eye lid. Drag it till the inner corner of the lower lash line. I am using this Gold shade from In2it Sheer Eyecolor in LIME. See review here

• Take a VIBRANT BLUE/ AQUA shade and apply it on the rest of the eyelid.

•  Intensify the outer V by taking a DARK BLUE shade and blend it alone the crease.
•  For the lower lash line, apply the VIBRANT BLUE/ AQUA on the outer half.
• Line the upper lash line and water line with a black liner.
• Apply mascara and your eyes are done.
• Team it up with PEACHY cheeks 
• Go for a ROSY lips.

Daytime Glamour Girl

hey beauties... This look is a simple, no fuss no hassle easy makeup look for the day time. Its simple yet glamorous. Bold bright lips with a minimal eye makeup. So lets get started...

• Start with a primer on your eyelids. I have used my fav Nyx Eyeshadow base in Skin tone. Read my review here
• For the eye makeup I am using my Silkygirl Blockbuster Color Palette in BARE CLASSICS. See review here
• Apply the DARK BROWN shade all over the lid.
• Next define the crease with a LIGHTER BROWN shade.
• Line the lower lash line with the DARK BROWN.
• Highlight the browbone and inner corner of the eye.
• Line the upper lash line with a BLACK liner.
• Apply coats of mascara and your eye makeup is done.
• Now flush your cheeks with a PEACH blush. I have used Coloressence Blush in AMBER PEACH. See review here
• For lips, go for a RED lipstick. I have used Nyx Round Lipstick in CHAOS. See review here

FOTD : Pretty Purple Look using Savee Beauty eyeshadows

hey beauties... If you follow my previous posts, I have mentioned that my hubby has got me some eyeshadows from Savee Beauty. See post here. Ever since I got the shadows I was dying to try them and today I am here with a Pretty Purple makeup Look using Savee Eyeshadows. From my first impression I can tell, the shades are very well pigmented, smooth and easy to blend.
So lets get started with the makeup look...

• Prime your eye lids.

• Now take a DARK PURPLE shadow on a crease brush and blend it on the crease.

• Next take a LIGHTER PURPLE and apply it on the entire eye lid. Drag it till the inner half of lower lash line.

•  Next take a CHARCOAL  shade and smoke out the outer V. Blend it well with the DARKER PURPLE shade.
• Now for the outer half of the lower lash line go for the DARK PURPLE shadow.

• Highlight the browbone 
• Line the upper lash line and water line with a BLACK liner.
•  Apply coats of mascara and your gorgeous Pretty Purple eyes are done.
• Team it up with a PEACHY blush.

Party Makeup: Seductive Smokey Eyes with Bold Lips

Today's look is a Sultry smokey eyes with Bold lips. Its apt for any night out or party/ clubbing.

So lets get started...

• Start your eye look by priming the eye lids.

•  For the eyeshadows , I used MUA Eyeshadow Palette in GLAMOUR NIGHTS PALETTE. See review and swatch here
• Take a METALLIC BLACK shade and apply it on the outer V. Now take a blending brush and blend in the METALLIC BLACK shade along the crease.
• Stay within the crease line else you will end up with Panda eyes.
• Next take a SILVER shade and apply it on the rest of the lid.
• Take a highlight shade and highlight the brow bone and inner corner of the eye.
• Take a DARK BLUE shade and apply it on the lower lash line. This gives a pop up to the entire look.
• Line the upper lash line with a BLACK liner.
• Apply coats of mascara and your eyes are done.
• For the cheeks, go for a LIGHT PINK blush.
• Flaunt your smile with a beautiful BOLD lipstick. I am wearing Lakme Enrich Satin Lipstick in shade 130. Review coming soon...
