My Take Time : Nyx Round Lipsticks Review

hey beauties. First of all I am very sorry for being "GONE" from my blog. I am not completely back yet as my health and my doctors dont permit me.But I will be doing posts every now and then. Though not keeping my tradition of writing every single day, still will be in touch by regular posts. So please be with me and keep showering your love and support.
Well now coming to the post. If you have read my previous posts, you probably know how much I have been loving NYX lipsticks and buying a few ever since it had hit Malaysia market. I have been using NYX ROUND LIPSTICKS religiously and loving it to the core. Its texture, stay on power and price is just great.

PACKAGING, PRICE and AVAILABILITY

• It has quite a decent packaging.
• It looks chic and wont take a lot of space while organising.
• The transparent bottom ,where you can actually see the shade, is something I love. Cause if you are a lipstick stalker like me then its easy for you to chose what color you need from your huge collection.
• These lipsticks are available locally for RM 19 at Sephora. But there are websites which sell them for much cheap prices.

Nyx Round Lipstick in B52. A Pinky Nude shade

Nyx Round Lipstick in LOUSIANA. A creamy Pink shade

Nyx Round Lipstick in GARDENIA. A berry shade with purplish undertone

Nyx Round Lipstick in CHAOS. A lovely RED shade. Perfect for medium to dark skin tone.

MY VERDICT

• They have a wide range of colors that you can choose from. Nudes to Pinks to Reds. 
• It is very creamy. So, it glides on smoothly on the lips. 
• The texture is quite moisturising. But still always apply a lip balm before applying any lip product.
• Great pigmentation. It gives an opaque finish, even for lighter shades.
• Its quite affordable and easily available at store and online.
• It has got a huge literally hundreds of shades which is a wow factor. 
• The finish is awesome. They're so pigmented, opaque, and long lasting. What else you can ask from a lipstick :)

It is definitely a CATCH IT for me.And I am definitely going to purchase other shades.

Collective Haul : Nyx, Watsons

hey beauties... Its haul time !!! This week I did a bit of shopping at Sephora and Watsons. So here's what I got.
SEPHORA
I went to KLCC for the PC fair. My hubby wanted to get a external hard drive and few other electronics stuffs.Visit to KLCC and not Sephora????Impossible for me. So I went on a quick visit to Sephora and picked few stuffs.

I was running out of my previous eye shadow primer i.e. was from Elianto and really wanted to try a new one. So bought this Nyx Eyeshadow base in SKIN TONE. 

Nyx Powder Blush in CINNAMON

While I was paying, the guy at the counter gave me this cute lacy pouch with a Lipgloss inside. I am not a fan of Lip glosses but any how gonna use it as its creamy and non sticky.

WATSONS

Well visit to Watsons was planned as I wanted to buy a eye makeup remover. Went for 1 product and came out with these all....

Watsons Cream Body wash in PEACH ESSENSE. I love this. Its creamy and my skin love it.

Vaseline Cocoa glow body lotion. Oh I love the scent. Its chocolatey

Sunsilk Mask. Its very conditioning and my hair does feels soft after using this

Silkygirl Pure Smooth Pressed Powder in Natural

Wanted to try Maybelline Eye Makeup Remover from ages and I am loving it

Nyx Haul

hey beauties.... Again another Nyx haul. I was in search of Nyx Round Lipstick after reading a post on my friend's blog Beautiful Things. But all the lipsticks were out of stock at Sephora Starhill Gallery. So I rushed to Sephora KLCC. Well I was happy to get my favourite lipstick and a few other products. Its a small mini haul.

P.S. Its been raining like hell here at Kuala Lumpur. So some pics might not be in a good lighting. Hope you don't mind !!!

Sephora Haul : Nyx and Soap and Glory

hey beauties...
As many of you know that I had been to my home, India for a few weeks and so I was missing from my blog and from internet as I was enjoying my stay with family to the fullest.
Now I am physically back but not mentally. I bet many of you know how it feels to leave home and come miles away :( I am trying to cope up with my routine life all over again but still feeling low and lazy.

I went to Sephora yesterday. I wanted to pick some Nyx Round lipsticks (See my Nyx haul here )but to my horror all lipsticks were out of stock and there were just two shades available,Frappuccino and B52. While Frappuccino was more on nuder side, I liked B52 and got it. So here is what I got from Sephora.

Just loved it... The scent is yummy !!!

NYX HAUL

hey beauties...
Finally NYX COSMETICS is available at Sephora Malaysia !!! So me took some time off from my busy schedule and went to Sephora. I was so excited to see strands full of Nxy goodies. The price is affordable too.
The famous Jumbo Pencils retails for RM 19, Round Lipstcks retails for RM 19, Powder Blush for RM 26, Nude on Nude Palette for RM 92 and few small look palettes for RM 46.
Here's what I bought !!!

My Take Time : Sephora Hydrating Powder Blush in Raspberry Sheen

hey beauties !!! During my Hari Raya outing with my hubby (see pics here), I gave a short visit to Sephora KLCC :) I didn't plan to get anything but while having a look at the Sephora Color Wall , I immediately fell for this Sephora blush in Raspberry Sheen
So, here I am to talk about it with you lovelies :)

PACKAGING and AVAILABILITY

• Well the packaging is nothing so exciting, except for the Sephora logo engraved on it.
• Its retails for rm 49 at SEPHORA.

MY VERDICT 

• Its a beautiful dusty rose shade with silver micro shimmers.
• Its not over the top shimmery but it gives a nice sheen and glow to your cheeks.
• It has a smooth and blend-able texture.
• The shade is perfect day time blush. However you can always build it up by layering for a glam night out.
• Its well pigmented.
• It has a long lasting finish. I have tested for 5hours out of which few hours was in sun and the glow from the blush was still there on my cheeks at the end of the day.
• The only thing I complain is that Sephora don't have lot many shades to choose from. I saw just four shades at Sephora KLCC :(

Well its a HIT HIT HIT for me :) And I am surely gonna try the rest of the shades.
