I am totally into Highlighters and Bronzers these days. This summer its all about glowy skin with a little hint of colour.And so I have been collecting alot of Bronzers lately. This post is all about a subtle yet glowy bronzer, ACCESSORIZE BAKED BRONZER DUO in LAGUNA

• This beautiful bronzer duo comes in a sturdy pan with transparent lid with golden butterfly printed on it. Its bulky yet pretty.
• Its hard to find, but I was lucky to get mine off Jabong.com but its no more available there. Anyhow you can buy it from Accessorize website here for £1.80

SWATCH TIME

Accessorize Baked Bronzer Duo in Laguna comes with two shades, one a BRONZE shade and the other a CHAMPAGNE shade. You have the option to use the shades individually as a BRONZER or a HIGHLIGHTER but I mix the shades together for a lovely SUMMER GLOW on my cheeks.

VERDICT

• Perfect summer bronzey glow for Indian/ Medium Skin tone
• If you are a beginner and want to try a Bronzer, go for it cause it gives a nice flush to your cheeks without being overly bronzed
• Fairly pigmented. Can't say great cause it gives a sheer bronzey finish not a dark bronzer.
• Easily blendable
• Lovely glow to the face without being shimmery
• Cute packaging
• Affordable too
• Only con is its availability

I recommend this bronzer for anyone who wants a natural bronzey glow onto their cheeks.

• The packaging is simple no fuss compact with a transparent lid
• It retails for RM 24 at almost all Sephora.

Lovely PEACHY PINK shades with GOLDEN micro Shimmers which gives a beautiful glow to the cheeks

VERDICT

• Lovely Peachy Pink shade with Golden shimmer in it.
• Shimmers aren't overly chunky.Its subtle gold shimmers.Best for spring/summer.
• Gives a nice glow to the cheeks.
• Smooth texture so easily blendable.
• Awesome pigmentation
• Stay on for a good 4hours on my skin.
• Affordable
• Said to be the dupe for NARS Orgasm blush.

If you love Nice subtle blush with a bit of glitzy glam, go for it. Trust me you going to love it.
It's a YES for me :)

Wet 'n' Wild Mega Last Matte Lipstick in SPOTLIGHT RED Swatch

When I go out for makeup shopping, then 99.99% chances are there that I pick a Lipstick. I always say this and I am not ashamed to say it again and aloud "I AM A LIPSTICK ADDICT". Generally when people get confused what shade of lipstick to pick, they usually pick a NUDE shade. But I pick a RED.

Today's post is a swatch post for Wet 'n' Wild Mega Last Matte Lipstick in SPOTLIGHT RED

Its a pretty Cherry Red shade with Blue undertones. Shades like this glamorise your entire look (and makes your teeth look whiter sssshhhhhh). Its smooth to apply and gives Matte finish. It gives the classic old hollywood charm to your look. 

It's a HIT for me. RED and that too a MATTE RED !!! Need I say more *wink*

VERDICT

• Very versatile palette with a collection of shades apt for creating Day as well as Night time look.
• Great Pigmentation
• Smooth application so easily Blendable.
• Stay on power is decent
• Some eyeshadows can have fall outs, so I will suggest doing the foundation after eye makeup.

I use this palette during my travels as it has a good selection of shades which can complete a eye makeup for any occassion.

• The packaging is simple no fuss compact with a transparent lid with the name of the shade on it.
• Its not quite sturdy I would say. But hey, for the price you are paying its great.
• It retails for RM 24.90 at almost all SASA counters. Steal Steal !!! Sadly, its not yet available in India but you can order it from LUXOLA

SWATCH TIME

  Pearlescent Pink is a beautiful Peachy Pink with subtle Gold shimmers. It gives your cheeks a healthy glow.


MY VERDICT 

• Lovely Peachy Pink shade with Golden shimmer in it.
• Works as a BLUSH cum HIGHLIGHTER
• Shimmers aren't overly chunky.Its subtle gold shimmers.
• Gives a nice glow to the cheeks.
• Said to be a dupe of NARS orgasm.But I don't own it so cant say how close the similarities are !!
• Awesome pigmentation
• Stay on for a good 4hours on my skin.
• Affordable
• Only Nah for me is the flimsy packaging.

If you love Nice subtle blush with a bit of glitzy glam, go for it. Trust me you gonna love it.

Cobalt Blue Smokey Eyes for Party or Night time Events

Hey beauties....Today's look is an edgy Cobalt Blue smokey eyes with nude lips. This look is apt for parties or any night time events.

So let's get started..

P.S. All the products I use will be listed at the end of this post.

• Prime your eyes as always.. 
• First define the crease using a BROWN shadow. 
• Now take a BLACK eyeshadow and apply it onto the outer V. Blend it in well along the crease.
• Next take a COBALT BLUE/ VIBRANT BLUE shadow and apply it on the eye lid. Blending it with the Black shade to leave no harsh lines
• Next take a GOLD shade and apply it to the inner corner of the eyes blending it well with the BLUE shade.
• Make sure to blend well so that there's no harsh edges.
• Now line the eyes with a BLACK liner.
• Use a BLACK kohl to line the water line.
• For the lower lash line, take a smudge brush  and apply the BLACK eyeshadow and smudge is well.
• Apply few coats of mascara and your eyes  are done.
• Team this look with peachy Blush and Nude lips.

Street Wear Color Rich Ultra Moist Lipstick in Ruby Riddle Review

Hey beauties...Today's post is on this pretty shade of lip color which is super affordable and of great quality. It's the Street Wear Color Rich Ultra Moist Lipstick in Ruby Riddle.

  PACKAGING, PRICE and AVAILABILITY

• It comes in a sleek click lock case. The only nah for the packaging is that the lipstick doesn't go all the way in and peeps out. If you are not careful, you may nick the lipstick when you replace the cap.
• It retails for Rs 180 i.e. about Rm 10. Isn't that a steal!!
• It's available at almost all beauty stores in India. I got mine from Jabong.com

SWATCH TIME

Its a lovely Peachy-Brown shade. The perfect nude for me. Cause the original nudes kind of wash me off.

MY VERDICT

• This shade suits almost all skin tone
• Perfect nude for Indian skin tones
• Creamy texture
• Smooth application
• Gives a semi matte finish on my lips
• Not drying. However I advise you to always wear a lip balm before applying any lip color
• Great pigmentation
• Stay on power is upto 3-4 hours which is pretty decent for the price you are paying
• Affordable
• Only down side for me is the packaging. I am surely going to nick the lipstick one day

It's a pretty every day shade for me. I can totally rock it with a bold eye makeup look. For my skin tone these type of shades are a perfect MLBB shades.

Wet 'n' Wild Mega glo Illuminating Powder in CATWALK PINK Review

Hey beauties...Welcome to a Raving Monday post. It was a long festive weekend here in Kuala Lumpur because it was the CHINESE NEW YEAR (Gong Ci Fa Cai to all my Chinese friends).

I have an amazingly exciting news for Makeup addicts in Malaysia. Wet 'n' Wild is finally here in Malaysia. AAAaaaaa I am screaming too :)

While passing by the Sasa store my eyes almost poped out (literally). I saw an asile full of Wet n Wild cosmetics. Woo Hoo !!! While I was on a month trip to India, Malaysia had welcomed Wet n Wild cosmetics. What an awesome surprise for me. I was always gravitated towards this brand by seeing beauty gurus rave about it on youtube.
When I step into the store most of the products were out of stock as expected. But to my luck they had a single piece of Wet 'n' Wild Mega glo Illuminating Powder in CATWALK PINK which I was eyeing from over 2months now. 

  PRICE, PACKAGING AND AVAILABILITY

• It retails for RM 25.90 which is cheaper than Revlon and many other drugstore brands.
• It comes in a metal pan container with a screw on see through lid. It's compact and sturdy.
• It's available at all Sasa stores here in Malaysia. It's available at Luxola here

SWATCH TIME

 The Illuminating Powder in CATWALK PINK is a combination of 4shades i.e. a shimmery champagne shade, a shimmery pale Pink shade, a matte dusty rose shade and a shimmery Bronze shade.

MY VERDICT

• The Illuminating powder comes in four shades and these shades together gives an amazing rosy glow onto your cheeks.
• Shimmers are neither chunky nor glittery. These gives a natural glow and sheen to the skin.
• Smooth texture
• Blendable 
• No mess on the pan or no fall outs. I hate powder products which are messy
• Affordable
• Though it's always out of stock, still can try and find online. Trust me girls the hunt is totally worth it. 

It's a must have for me now. It goes hand in hand with my theBalm luminizer in Mary-Lou manizer, which is my all time favourite illuminator. See review here
